Chief Operating Officer
Jason Glazer joined Cornerstone Macro in July 2014 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jason spent 1 ½ years at Cowen & Company where he was a Managing Director and Regional Manager for New York Hedge Fund Sales following their acquisition of Dahlman Rose. Previously, Jason spent 6 years at Dahlman Rose as a Managing Partner where he was Co-Head of Equities & Head of Sales. Jason spent 8 ½ years as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, first as a healthcare sales specialist and then as a hedge-fund sales specialist. Jason started his career at Eli Lilly & Company in Pharmaceutical Sales. Jason graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in Economics & Political Science and has an MBA in Finance & International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business; which includes a semester in European Management Studies at Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) Paris in Jouy-en-Josas, France.
Elise Byrnes is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro, covering New York as well as California. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, Elise spent three years in Institutional Sales as an Associate Managing Director at International Strategy and Investment Group (ISI.) Elise started her career as an intern at ISI on the Economics team working with Nancy Lazar. Elise graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a BA in Political Science and Minors in Economics & International Studies.
Frank Chiodi is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, Frank was a Senior Managing Director and Partner at International Strategy and Investment (ISI) where he worked from the firm’s founding in 1991 to 2013. Frank started his career at Jennison Associates where he was Manager of Portfolio Accounting/Client Services. Frank graduated from West Virginia University where he earned a B.S. of Accounting/M.B.A in Finance. He also holds an M.A. degree in America Studies from Columbia University.
Anthony Costanzo is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, Anthony started his career at Telsey Advisory Group where he specialized in delivering consumer equity research across 18 verticals to institutional clients from December 2010 to November 2013. Anthony graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA in Psychology.
Chris Derrico is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, Chris worked as a business analyst for The FDM Group. Chris graduated from the University of Richmond with a BS in Accounting and a concentration in Finance. While at the University of Richmond, Chris was a member of the Men’s Rugby Team and spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Mannheim, in Germany.
Jay Glickson is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, Jay was a Partner and Managing Director at International Strategy and Investment Group (ISI) from 2002-2013. Prior to ISI, Jay was at CIBC Oppenheimer in the Corporate Executive Service Group. He received an undergraduate degree from University of Maryland at College Park and obtained an MBA from The George Washington University.
Fernando A. Irausquin is member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, Fernando served as Head of International Institutional Services at Wolfe Trahan & Co from February 2012 to May 2013. Fernando was previously a Partner at International Strategy and Investment Group (ISI) from 2000-2012, where he was active in establishing, maintaining and growing the firm’s largest international client relationships. Prior to ISI, Fernando was at Paine Webber and BEA Associates in Asset Management and Emerging Markets Fixed Income Fund Management. Fernando started his career in 1990 as an analyst in the Emerging Markets M&A and Corporate Finance division at Bankers Trust. Fernando graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and Finance and a BA in Asian Studies.
Lee Jekos is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, Lee was a partner at International Strategy and Investment Group (ISI) from 2001-2013, covering US and Canadian accounts on the Institutional Sales desk. Prior to ISI, Lee worked for three years at Greenwich Associates, a market-research based consulting firm. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1997 with degrees in economics and psychology, and is a CFA charterholder.
Eric Lupton is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone in May 2015, Eric was a salesperson at MSCI where he was responsible for coverage of plan sponsor relationships in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and New York City. Eric began his career as an equity research analyst at Chilton Investment Company. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Union College, and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Nick Miller joined Cornerstone Macro in February of 2018. Prior to Cornerstone Macro, Nick was at Empirical Research Partners a Portfolio Strategy and Quantitative Research firm where he was responsible for covering institutional clients in NY, Boston and the Mid-West. Prior to that he worked at Guggenheim Securities where is responsible developing the firms’ institutional relationships in Mid-West region. Nick began his career at Dahlman Rose & Co a specialized Energy and Commodities Investment Bank where here was responsible for managing institutional relationships in the NY and Midwest regions. Nick graduated from Fordham University.
Peter Naso joined Cornerstone Macro in April 2016 as a member of Institutional Sales team. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Peter spent six months as a Global Macro Analyst at Verition Fund. Previously, Peter spent 2 years at Wall Street Access and 4 years at Direct Access Partners as a Vice President of Technical Research Analyst covering Global Macro. Prior to becoming a Technical Research Analyst Peter was an Execution Trader at Quadrum Capital Management. Peter started his career at Direct Access Partners as an Institutional Equity Sales Trader in 2005. Peter graduated Baruch College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Investments. Peter lives in Brooklyn NY with his wife and is an avid soccer fan.
Julia Perotti joined the Institutional Sales Team at Cornerstone Macro in June 2017. Previously, Julia spent six years at Strategas Research Partners, where she was responsible for acquiring and growing institutional client relationships, primarily in Texas and New York City. Prior to that, Julia worked for New York Life’s mutual fund company, MainStay Investments, where she oversaw the distribution of mutual funds and separately managed accounts to financial advisors in various regions. Julia graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2007 with a BS in Marketing and a Minor in International Business, which included a semester abroad at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali in Rome, Italy.
John Pietanza is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, John was a Managing Director at Miller Tabak + Co., LLC, in Institutional Equity & Derivative Research Sales & Trading from 2005-2014, and as a Macroeconomic and Bond Market Strategist from 2002-2004, in which he focused on various fixed income instruments and commodities. Prior to Miller Tabak, John worked at JP Morgan Securities from 1997-2002 as a trader on the US Treasury Desk, primarily focused on the short end of the treasury curve, and also short duration FNMA, FHLMC, FHLB bonds. John began his career at Smith Barney in 1996 as a sales liaison for TRAK, a $6 billion asset allocation service. John graduated from St John’s University with a degree in Finance and studied Yield Curve Analysis at the New York Institute of Finance.
Keith Reilly is a member of the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro. Prior to joining Cornerstone Macro, Keith was previously a Partner at International Strategy and Investment Group (ISI) from 1996-2013, where he was active in establishing, maintaining and growing some of the firm’s largest client relationships. Prior to ISI, Keith was at Dreyfus Corporation and JP Morgan. Keith started his career in 1988 as a Financial Consultant at and Johnston , Lemon and Company. Keith graduated from University of Maryland with a BS in Economics.
Matt Scouten joined the Sales team at Cornerstone Macro in May of 2015. Prior to Cornerstone, he worked as a Sales Manager for Tom Cody Design where he was responsible for sales in North America. Matt graduated from Siena College in 2012 with a BA in Finance.

Ambreen Shah joined the Institutional Sales team at Cornerstone Macro in October 2015. She has a strong background in macro research sales, having joined International Strategy and Investment (ISI) in 2007 on their sales desk. After ISI, Ambreen was a founding partner at Renaissance Macro from March 2011 to June 2014. Most recently, she was a managing director in sales at GMP Securities focused on the energy sector. Ambreen began her career at Wachovia Securities, first as an investment banking analyst and then moved into equity sales trading. She graduated from Colgate University with a BA in economics and is a CFA charterholder.
