NEW YORK, June 15, 2015 – Cornerstone Macro announced today the upcoming launch of an equity derivatives effort to complement its suite of macro products. Jarret Christie and Daniel Kirsch will co-head this new Equity Options product while George Lam will be the team’s options Strategist. Christie and Kirsch will be joining from Macro Risk Advisors where they led the firm’s derivatives strategy effort. Lam is joining from Point 72, Steve Cohen’s family office, where he most recently served as an options strategist. Prior to Point 72, Lam worked with Christie and Kirsch at Macro Risk Advisors where he was Head of Risk Strategy.
At Cornerstone Macro, the equity derivatives team will work alongside the firm’s established research group which includes technical analyst Carter Worth, economist Nancy Lazar, policy analysts Andy Laperriere and Roberto Perli and portfolio strategist François Trahan.
