NEW YORK, March 18, 2015 – Cornerstone Macro, an investment research broker-dealer, announced today that Carter Worth will join the firm as head of technical analysis research.
Worth, who most recently served as chief market technician and a managing director at Sterne Agee, has been voted either the number two or number three technical analyst on Institutional Investor’s All-America Research team in each of the past six years.
In his new role at Cornerstone Macro, Worth will become a key member of the firm’s highly regarded research group, which includes Nancy Lazar, II’s #2 Wall Street economist; Andy Laperriere and Roberto Perli, ranked #1 by II for policy research; and François Trahan, ranked #1 by II for portfolio strategy

Prior to joining Sterne Agee, Carter Worth worked at Oppenheimer & Co and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Boston University.
